FAQ

Once you have placed an order that can be downloaded here is how to access and download it:

1. Make sure you are logged into to our store.
2. Once logged in, click on the "My Account" link at the top right of our store.
3. In the drop-down box that opens, click on "Downloads". (if there is no Download link, you will need to login first).
4. You will be directed to your Downloads page where you can download you order/s.

Orders sent to places within the UK, should normally take 2-3 working days to arrive depending on the postage method chosen when placing your order.

Orders sent to places outside of the UK, please allow up to 10 working days for you order to arrive.

At the top of our store, click on orange cart button and then click on the red box with an X in to remove an item.
