Our level 1 Colour Therapy Workshop explains:

• Colour Therapy
• How the use of Colour in our everyday life can benefit our health and well-being
• How colour is used by Colour Therapists as a healing method and its relevance on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels of healing

We will also look at colour numerology readings as a way of revealing our potential.

Participants can also experience a chakra balancing colour foot or if you prefer, hand massage demonstrated by professional aroma therapist, Julia Appleby who will be joining us for part of the day.

This is One day workshop.
