This workshop explains what Colour Therapy is, how to use Colour in everyday life and how colour is used by Colour Therapists, the relevance of colour energy on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels of healing. We also show how to discover your true potential through colour, chakra balancing and foot or hand massage (totally optional) using colour.

  • What is Colour Therapy.
  • How colour relates to physical and psychological problems.
  • Different methods of using Colour Energy.
  • How the different Colours resonate with different areas of the body.
  • A demonstration of a colour therapy foot/hand massage. (Participants have the opportunity to practice this on each other - optional.)
  • How to discover your true potential through colour.
  • Chakra Balancing

Facilities: Free onsite and local parking, garden, 2 minute walk from beach and promenade, WiFi access if required, free light refreshments provided all day and reheating facilities available for packed lunches if required.
