The Colour Therapy Professionals & Colour information resource A welcome cuppa and refreshments! - Whatever your journey, a cup of tea or coffee on arrival is a must. You will be offered a large variety of fruit/herb/organic teas, as well as coffee (decaff provided), fruit juices etc. together with a plentiful selection of biscuits and such like. There is always plenty of mineral water also available. ... and of course filtered hot water for the teas and coffee. These are all available for you to help yourself during the breaks.
When you arrive you will be made very welcome and we would like you to make yourself at home.
We start at 10.00am and have a tea/coffee break during the morning.
As with workshop No.1, we start at 10.00am, but this time begin with the Bach Flower Remedies.
We will explore the Bach remedies and their uses and explore the relationship between the Bach remedies and colour therapy and how the two therapies can combine. There is plenty of opportunity for participants to present a particular case study, which we can all discuss, and remedies for each participant can be drawn up.
Lunch is normally around 1.00pm.
During the lunch break you are welcome to use the garden (weather permitting) or dining room or just stroll up to the beach (only 150 yards away) where there are plenty of seats and a pleasant promenade to eat your lunch. And, of course, the teas, coffee, water and fruit juices etc. are available here for you to help yourself.
There is also a local general stores shop a couple of minutes walk from the venue if need be.
The afternoon session begins at around 2.00pm. We do have an afternoon refreshment break and close at around 4.30pm.
Professional Aromatherapist, Julia Appleby will once again be joining us. Firstly, we will explain how to use a dowsing pendulum. We will then have a light meditation to 'see how our chakras are looking' and then we will be discussing different oils for different chakras, dowsing to ascertain imbalances in the chakras, discussing the various oils which may be relevant and then dowsing to see which oil will be the most beneficial for the 'patient'. We will then use varying methods of applying oils/colour for healing the aura. After which we will follow with a visualization meditation as a part of the chakra balancing followed by the optional sharing/discussion of our individual experiences.
The end of the day brings the practicalities of our journeys home etc. but also always the opportunity to talk to myself and Julia about any aspect of the day which you may wish to discuss. The certificates etc. will be given out and often extended farewells ensue!
As one of our participants commented, "we arrive and are made very welcome, but we leave as friends".
