Colour Therapy workshops

The workshops venue

All of our workshops are currently held in Bognor Regis West Sussex, UK.

Situated approximately 150 yards from the beach and promenade, rest assured that you will be very well looked after during your visit to our Colour Therapy Workshops.

Parking

Road parking is available just a short distance from the venue.

Refreshments during the day

We have a wide variety of fruit/herb and organic teas, as well as coffee (decaffeinated also provided), fruit juices mineral water and a plentiful selection of biscuits and such like. Hot filtered water is available on tap.

Lunch

We do ask if you can bring your own lunch on the day. Teas, coffee, water and fruit juices etc. are available for you to help yourself.

You can of course take the opportunity to stroll up to the beach (only 150 yards away) where there are great views and seating to enjoy your lunch.

There is a local store just a few minutes walk away which provides a selection of sandwiches and lunch provender if need be.

We are always happy to re-heat anything you bring if that is required.

Also during lunch, you are welcome to browse through Valerie’s own extensive collection of books.

About the local area

There is a good selection of pubs and places to eat in Bognor Regis offering a wide selection of food types.

Bognor Regis town centre is approx. 10 minutes walk away from our venue.

Bognor Regis has a variety of restaurants including a very good Thai restaurant, on the seafront which is a 2 min walk away.
