New member says hello but needs advice

Hi all my name is jule and im a practicing reiki master and learning meditation teacher. i also am a spiritual medium and angel card reader.
I have jsut started my colour healing and crystal therapy course and would love to know when you all talk about drinking colour energised water how do i do it and when and why is it good for it really is an interesting subject and i would love to learn more.
