Hey everyone,

I suffer from anxiety and depression (just come off anti-depressants after 9 months of taking them this time), and have recently found myself wondering about the healing qualities of colour. It started when I put up some colourful photographs in my room - I found myself looking at them for long periods of time and feeling very soothed. Then I started buying more colourful clothes, which had the same effect. I find looking at bright colours particularly soothing when I'm feeling anxious (which happens every time I drink caffeine). Now I'm curious to find out about colour therapy as a means of combatting depression, and would generally like to chat and exchange tips if any of you are interested..
