Hello I am Dovey I am from the UK. I am very interested in the chakras for healing purposes. My main goal at the moment is to understand how to align and open the areas associated with breathing and speach. Throat/chest and diaphragm.
I am not sure as to how to do this but I have been working on the throat chakra using Yam/Na and visualising the colour blue.
