I am a little confussed as to which colours work best with the lungs, throat and diaphragm. I want to be able to open the throat up properly when singing but find I get quite nasally and out of breath.
any ideas as to which colours or chakras to work on please?
thank you

Dear Dovey, orange colour is for the benefit of the chest area including lungs, and for throat it is blue colour. So you'll probably use both of these colours.
"There are specific colours for treatment in Colour Therapy. Blue colour is for head throat and face conditions, orange for chest diseases, yellow for stomach problems and purple for genital diseases." Colour Yourself Healthy (http://colortherapy.atspace.com/procedures.html)
