Hi...my boyfriends suffers from ocd, clinical anxiety, insomnia, I believe there is also some depression involved, not to mention health issues such as arthritis, back and stomach issues. Our living room is currently red and has been for 2 years...although we LOVE Christmas I'm not sure it was the best choice. I would like to repaint our whole 2 bedroom apartment and would like advice as to what colors to paint where taking into consideration what he has to deal with.
We spend most of our time in the living room which I am thinking of painting green to keep him calm? But what about the bedroom...what would be a good color to help him sleep? And what about our second bedroom which we would like to turn into an office / studio so he can write music again...? And how do I know what shade...??? I'm so confused...
Any advise would be greatly appreciated...I am hoping these small changes will contribute to his well being in the new year.
