I'm glad that I found this site, because I've become interested in getting one of the tools for color therapy(ie the torch).
I was glad to see that there was the bigger light box also, cause I think that holding the torches on oneself could be awkard after a while.
But I have to start somewhere.
I think that color therapy is fascinating, and maybe will train in a program in the future, but I guess for now, that I will start off with self-study,as I have certain issues that I think that color therapy will help me with.
Any thoughts on how to start out?:)

Hello Solostar,

Have you ever heard about Aura soma? It is a very effective therapy based on colour pairs, created in a special way, put into a very nice glass bottle. You may like it, it is worth a try.

Take care and bye,

Nida

I am an Aura-Soma practitioner, and yes, Aura-Soma is a very effective therapy where you get to choose what colours are needed for your own healing to take place. There are over 100 equilibrium bottles to choose from, each of which contain two fractions of different colours which are made up of essential oils, plant extracts and crystal energies, and this is what is applied to certain parts of the body for healing to take place whether it be on a physical, emotional or spiritual level.

Hi there,
Have you considered doing a workshop - it is a good introduction either for someone just interested for self help or for anyone who is considering studying the subject in depth to become a practitioner. Anyway, I hope your self study is going well.
Valerie.
