Lightbulb Colour for wrist and arm

In colour therapy which colour should be used to help a wrist and shoulder. I have searched many websites and have found nothing.

I would really like to try to help my Mom get better. She has been doing physiotherapy for 5 months and she isn't getting any better. She needs to get back to work so they are not hurt financially any further.

Please help and send me your ideas.

More than focusing on the location in the body, the colour you would choose would be associated with whatever is wrong with your mother's arm and wrist. I'm seeing blue which is the main healing colour that helps with any sort of inflamation or physical condition - blue is like an antidote or calmer for 'red issues'.

The word 'mobility' just came to me - is this an issue with the mobility in your mother's arm? I'm feeling that it may be useful to look into things like essential oils and the one coming to mind that resonates with the colour blue is chamomile. I'm seeing it (a few drops mixed with massage oil) being rubbled into the sore areas of the arm.

Hope that helps.
