I'm new here, so please forgive any stupidity!
I wondered if you guys could shed any light on something for me. I've always been attracted to bright colours, but I've started to realise more and more than they really do make me happy. It has to be more than one colour together though - bright rainbow colours, or similar combinations like bright shades of pink, blue & green together...the more colours the better. If I'm shopping, I'm always really attracted to things like this, and often really want to buy something I don't really need, like a notebook or a bracelet because of the colours, which really seem to cheer me up. Does you think there's a reason for this? I've only read a small amount about colour therapy, but what I read just related to individual colours...why might I feel the need to be surrounded by lots of rainbow colours? Thanks for reading! xx

I am the same as you. There is a shop in town, with things of brigtht colours,
and sometimes i visit this shop and it makes me feel much better. Look at the perticular colours that attract you, and notice how they make you feel. Maybe this is what you need in your life. More love, affection, sunshine, fruit, vegetables, a holiday, just some things to think about. |

The key to health and wellbeing is balance - we need all colours for our body's chakras/energy centres to be balanced and function properly. So it is important that we have all the seven rainbow colours in our lives. There are times when we may be drawn to a particular colour and it is simply our body telling us that this is what it needs just now. Go with your intuition, it will always lead you down the right path. Enjoy your rainbows.......
