Whilst we gladly accept emails about anything to do with Colour Therapy, and would be happy to offer general advice where possible, a full Colour Therapy consultation cannot be carried via an email.

Ordering from the store

Placing an order with us is safe, straight forward and simple.

You can place an order online using our secure store which is the quickest and best method, but we can also accept your order by post using a cheque or postal order. If ordering by post, visit the store and add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. Proceed to the checkout and fill in your details. Select Cheque as your payment method and once you have received your confirmation email you can post your cheque to:

Credit card safety

When entering your credit card details to place an order, you will notice a small padlock or key symbol on the bottom right hand side of your browser. This indicates that these are secure pages using SSL (Secure sockets layer) 128bit encryption. Your information is transmitted using this secure system.

Delivery overseas

All orders delivered Overseas are currently delivered using airmail. You can expect to receive your items within 4-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on the destination.

Delivery within the U.K

Once you have placed your order using a credit or debit card, your goods will usually be dispatched the next day.

All U.K orders are currently sent via Royal Mail First Class post.

If you have placed your order via a cheque, we normally allow for your cheque to clear before dispatching your order.

Paying via postal order (U.K.only), once we have received your postal order, your order will be dispatched the same day upon receipt, via Royal Mail First Class post. Please allow a couple of days extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Postage costs

Postage will be calculated depending on what part of the world you live in. Every effort has been made to calculate postage costs on a basis which is as fair and realistic as possible for all overseas countries, as well as the U.k..
