I wanted to know what a good color would be for the walls in my daughter's bedroom? She is a full time college student and she works part time, and i have noticed she has been anxious and stressed out. Is there a way to make her space a healing sanctuary?

As a general guide, blues and violets are great colours for stress. Blue can feel a little cold if the room is north facing or has little natural light so you can bring in a little pink perhaps in soft furnishings to balance this out. The complimentary colour in colour therapy of blue is red but for a bedroom, and given her anxious state, pink would be better to bring in a little warmth to the room. If using violet, yellow is the complimentary - a soft creamy yellow will bring in a little warmth without interfering with her rest or stimulating the brain too much.
