Emails
Whilst we gladly accept emails about anything to do with Colour Therapy, and would be happy to offer general advice where possible, a full Colour Therapy consultation cannot be carried via an email.
Ordering from the store
Placing an order with us is safe, straight forward and simple.
You can place an order online using our secure store which is the quickest and best method. Just visit the store and add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. Proceed to the checkout and fill in your details if you have not registered with us. Payments are made through Paypal which is safe and secure - you do not need a Paypal account to complete your order. Once your order has been recieved and payment has been made, we always aim to post out orders on the same day depending on the time when it was placed.
Delivery overseas
All orders delivered overseas are currently delivered using airmail. You can expect to receive your items within 4-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on the destination.
Delivery within the U.K
All U.K orders are currently sent via Royal Mail. Once you have placed your order, we aim to dispatch it the same day whenever possible depending on the time it was placed.
Postage costs
Postage will be calculated depending on what part of the world you live in. Every effort has been made to calculate postage costs on a basis which is as fair and realistic as possible for all overseas countries, as well as the U.K.
